All sales are final. Elévate Consignment does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. At pickup, you inspect your item before accepting it: if an item is damaged or not as described, you may decline it at pickup and receive a full refund. Once an item is accepted at pickup, the sale is complete. Pickup appointments can be rescheduled at any time at no charge.
