ELéVATE consignment is pickup only — we don't offer shipping. Every purchase is collected in person, directly from the seller. How it works: 1. Buy online and receive your receipt with a private pickup PIN. 2. We coordinate a pickup time between you and the seller. 3. Meet the seller, show your PIN, and inspect your item carefully. 4. Once you're happy, accept it — the seller confirms the handoff. Your purchase is a commitment — there's no cancellation for a change of mind before pickup, but pickup can be rescheduled freely if your plans change. If the item is damaged or not as described, decline it at pickup and the sale is cancelled with a full refund. If you've simply changed your mind, the sale stands — all sales are final, so please take a moment to look everything over before you accept.
